Request for Annual Touch Up w/ Lia

Service Description

Touch Up appointments are for EXISTING clients only. Please choose your correct artist. Once you submit your Annual Touch Up request, your artist will reach out to confirm price and appointment. Then a $50 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required to be paid (Zelle, Apple Pay, Invoice) within 24hrs to keep your appointment. The remaining balance is due at appointment. Price for Touch Up is based on time since YOUR LAST SESSION DATE to your NEW SESSION DATE. $100 for Touch Up within 4 - 12weeks. $150 for Touch Up within 13wks - 12 months. $250 for Touch Up within 1-3 years. $350 for Touch Up after 3+ years. Current full price applies if brows are completely faded.

Cancellation Policy

Booking fee is NON-Refundable and NON-Transferable, NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation will result in forfeit of booking fee, so please make sure you're ready before booking. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 1 time. Reschedule notice must be given at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise deposit is forfeited and NEW deposit is required to reschedule your appointment. LATE Arrival; Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please text to let us know. You will have a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a $20 late fee that will be added to your total price. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we have the right to cancel your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, so please be respectful.
