Cancelation Policy
Deposits are NON-Refundable and NON-Transferable, NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation will result in forfeit of paid deposit. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 1 time. Reschedule notice must be given at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise deposit is forfeited and NEW deposit is required to reschedule your appointment. LATE Arrival; Please arrive on time. If you are running late, please text to let us know. You will have a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a $20 late fee that will be added to your total price. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we have the right to cancel your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, so please be respectful.
